Cancellation Policies

A: From January 04th to April 30th, from June 20th to 30th, From July 01st to 31st and from December 01st to December 24th (Doesn’t apply Easter).;Long Holiday weekend
  • Cancellations 5 days before arrival, no charge applies.
  • Cancellations with less than 5 days, one night is penalized
  • No Show: no refund applies

B: From May 01st to June 19th, and from August 01st to November 30th
  • Cancellations 3 days before arrival, no charge applies.
  • Cancellations with less than 3 days, one night is penalized
  • No Show: no refund applies
C: From December 25th to January 03rd and Easter Week
  • Cancellations at least 15 days before the date of check in, no charge applies.
  • Cancellations received 14 - 7 days before the date of check in, a 50% penalty applies.
  • Cancellations received with 6 or fewer days, no refund applies
  • No Show: no refund applies
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
  • In case of cancellation, no refund applies

 

Children's policies: 

  • Children from 0 to 5 years old, are free of charge
  • Children from 6 to 11 years old, pay according to the reserved meal plan
  • Children 12 years and older are considered adults
  • Maximum 2 children per room, sharing with 2 adults

 

Check in: 3:00 p.m. (You can use the facilities from 1pm) 
Check out: 12:00 md
